(NCC) and the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) signed a memorandum of understanding concerning improved tax facilities for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) at 13:00hrs on Friday, 27th January 2017 at the GCCI office located at 156 Waterloo Street, North Cummingsburg, Georgetown, Guyana.
